How do I pay my levy online?

Pay now (card, Instant EFT and more)
If your scheme has turned on online payments:
- Sign in to the owner portal and open My Account.
- Choose Pay now.
- Choose the full balance or another amount, and select Continue to payment.
- Pay on Netcash’s secure page by card, Instant EFT, Scan to Pay or bank EFT.
Your payment shows on your account as soon as Netcash confirms it. Card and Instant EFT payments are usually confirmed within minutes; bank EFT and retail payments can take up to 3 working days.
Your scheme may add a small convenience fee for online payments. If so, it’s shown before you pay.
Paying by EFT
Under How to pay on My Account you’ll find the scheme’s bank details and your reference. Copy them straight into your banking app.
Always use your unit’s reference, so your payment is matched to your unit.
Debit order
Prefer not to remember each month? If your scheme offers it, set up a DebiCheck debit order under Debit order. You choose the most that may be collected and the day; only what you owe is collected, and you can cancel at any time.
Don’t see Pay now?
Your scheme hasn’t turned on online payments yet. Pay by EFT using the details on My Account, or message the scheme from the portal.
